Travel policy is not good. You have to work on all 7 days most of the time. hardly you can take 1-2 sunday off in a month. Also you have to work from 6 AM to 10 PM. No work culture

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteriagaming arcade for chilling

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issue salary is decent but career growth is slow there is bond for two years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

...anced but doubled the business. For employees - company is very much supportive. In this tough time ,when other organisations are deducting salary ,my organisation gave an advance salary to each employee which is a great support to overcome any critical condition during lockdown. These supports make my blood blue......and ma heart starts following this company from it's beats.
