HR involvement is totally zero. Salary structure here is not good. They hire like someone is buying cheap products from the market ( at as much less as they can). No KRAs. No trainings. Lunch facility is not available. Plant teams never support regional teams. Management must respect and take care of there precious employees. There approach towards employees is like - let them go, we have money we will hire someone else. These things company should take care. It will not only build trust also it will make employees to work by heart.

Travel policy is not good. You have to work on all 7 days most of the time. hardly you can take 1-2 sunday off in a month. Also you have to work from 6 AM to 10 PM. No work culture

...anced but doubled the business. For employees - company is very much supportive. In this tough time ,when other organisations are deducting salary ,my organisation gave an advance salary to each employee which is a great support to overcome any critical condition during lockdown. These supports make my blood blue......and ma heart starts following this company from it's beats.
