Travel policy is not good. You have to work on all 7 days most of the time. hardly you can take 1-2 sunday off in a month. Also you have to work from 6 AM to 10 PM. No work culture

...anced but doubled the business. For employees - company is very much supportive. In this tough time ,when other organisations are deducting salary ,my organisation gave an advance salary to each employee which is a great support to overcome any critical condition during lockdown. These supports make my blood blue......and ma heart starts following this company from it's beats.

Good work environment and culture.company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Diwali bonus not given in this company, some gift or bonus must be given to employees this will gave extra energy to employees for their work. If Sunday is in working then TA DA should be provided to field workers.
