...re going out of money but company didn't find suitable to pay for the work done. The person whose salary is above 30 were paid 3000 / 5000 & when we use to ask why this much only they would shout like a hell. And use to blame us that u are relaxing at home and I m alone working. Is this lockdown was done by us. Are we enjoying to sit at home. We were doing our best for company. But company was good to take work from us but not to pay us. I m not only one person who is affected. So There after I decided to quit. Was more suprised when I went for handover I learnt that without informing company deducted first 20 days of lockdown from salary then remaining he paid by 50 percent

Owners rough language when we ask for salary and worst part is salary is never on time. Rest things I was managing from 5 years.

While working with them I feel that I am working with unprofessional and company main branch having a space of 2 room set.

The main issue is salary they did not pay the salary on time even my last 20 days salary is on hold even after serving notice period
