In sona group the managemeng is good but in the shop floor they convert their employees in mass robots. No emotional attachment with the employees. There is no any training provided to the trainees or the new employees. the worst employee is mr jitendra ahuja in machine shop, the machine shop is so conjusted that no one can move freely through the machines. They dont need employees they just need emotionless and brainless robots. Thankyou

Dislikes

Unhealthy working environment. Not good behaviour of the supervisors toward employees in machine shop. They force you to work for 16 hours regularly

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
