You will learn a lot here. Your value in market will increase after working here. You will get your Salary on time. Anyone can approach to the Directors.

Dislikes

Always felt insecurity of job while I am one of the senior most person in this organization. Policies can be changed by the senior most person anytime depending upon the situation. He can terminate/demote/promote anyone anytime, it will be his own decision. You will have no time to think about your personal life. Office timing is not good.

Dislikes

Senior manager,DSM & BDM behaviour is not good for working condition.They are such a hopeless person without brains, they even don't support if you provide better sales.They are selfish for their carrier & promotion.
