... management of the company is very supportive but specilly my reporting section just for asking the salary they fiered me because after working for entire month if a employee is asking for the salary and get fiered then this is the worst experience ever I have working in my entire experience

Job security is average, depend on your performance Work culture is excellent, they're following MNC's Industry standard, hence no tolerance for variation. Management is good & supportive regarding the responsibilities. Company policies are good enough to live a balance life, like hospitals, compensatory off's, over time and all else.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
