...different things and at last you will get nothing output from management team. Not get salary in time, when discuss about salary, management says some unlogical reason about payment failure

Dislikes

Late salary and poor management. Dont have any single person to take your problem responsibility, everybody says to others fault.

Very bad company,in this field,never give sallary in promise date on time,no bonus ,pep,and other allownces provided,. It is very fraud company.

Dislikes

No growth in this company,work pressure load is very highly, company sallary provided 8 houre,but work is 12-14 houre work,and no over time provided.. It is very promise less company or fraud company. No transportation,no medical this company provided.

It's is very worst to work with seepl, the team working from management is very poor,

Dislikes

Support from company is very poor, field management supervisor is too fraud, company not responding right to issue or problems faced by women.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
