Company have no HR policy. Manager have No idea about market and no connection with dealers. Same way dealers have no respect over seniors. Dealers talk fun about our managers and above people. Full of politics over than sales. State head have no vision for feature.

1)Super Policy on variable pay for Non sales employees where what they commit on paper, actually get paid and top of that employee not need to wait for full year and then come to know reality, here you will get quarterly payout 2) You get enough freedom to take informed decision 3)Company offer Car to Emoloyees at very low prices

Pathetic company Creepy Bosses 6 day working No work from home 9 hours shift Delay in salary (sometimes) No learning Corrupt employee (including bosses.
