Very good, professional company to work.Whatever the condition of market but never affected salary and expense factor of employees.Very cooperative seniors even from the top to down level

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is only Issue logistics department for some time for loading meterial.. other wise company is good

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts last technology. I love the fact that I am part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality product and has a global Clint base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometime, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometime late into the Night.

Good work culture. Management is transparent. They give good incentive apart from salary according to performance.

Dislikes

Career growth is slow. There is a lot of policies and the management doesn't address our issue. Promotion is only based only recommendation of reporting manager.
