The supportive team and the guidance by Somandy sir. I have been exposed to variety of unique areas of the law and I am enjoying working here. Would not get some of these opportunities to learn elsewhere.

The Senior himself is very arrogant and biased with certain people who absolutely do nothing but fill the seniors ears' and boss around new people. Every new people leaves the firm within 2 weeks. He puts you down in front of everyone, targets new employees, negative environment, doesn't even allow to leave 5 minutes early even for a genuine reason, pays peanuts, DO NOT JOIN, your mental health will be destroyed and old people playing the bosses' puppets will take all the credit for your work.

One will get a lot of things to learn since you are handed over the brief and you are entirely incharge if it.

Dislikes

Certainly there are a lot of things to dislike first thing being the senior himself. He is an absolute obnoxious person, he degrades a junior to a level where a person would start questioning himself. You won’t have a job security here no leave would be given even if a person is dying. To sum it up please join the firm if you want to destroy your mental peace.

Strong support for learning whilst on the job and exposure to a vast area of law.

Dislikes

High expectations on work product and ability to handle multiple assignments. Also it appears that the only person writing negative reviews is a totally frustrated soul. If they had a spine or any substance, they should reveal their details so that one can know if they were fired for their inability or have any genuine grievance. They should be ashamed for hiding behind such a medium to make patently false and misleading statements. Get a life and try and be better at your work so you don’t need to get fired and write false reviews of your ex employers.

The person posting the same negative reviews obviously seems to be a frustrated jobless person with nothing better to do in life other than follow up on their futile attempt to malign a reputed firm they have been fired from due to their incompetence. Get a life. I have been working here for years now and have been very satisfied with the experience.The work environment is vigourous yet positive and has personally help me grow as a professional.
