The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

...lls, experience, and knowledge. I have good Soma family members from March 2000. Good environment, salary etc.

Dislikes

I want tell you Soma is good but lam not able to work continue due on 12/05/ 18. l lost my son 06 years old and he is surffering lukmeia from Nov 2015.

The company has given an opportunity to prove my self on free hand.In internally no politics in between the employees. all are co-operate with each other.

Dislikes

Now there is no yearly increments, bonus, LTA and traveling allowance befits.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
