You will get chance to work on new things. Work life balance is good, remote working with very little interference.

Blatant favouritism for certain people. Compensation is way below market value for the kind of work they make you do. You will get promotion but it is just for more work. You will be worshipped as long as you are doing something important, once it's done you don't exist.

Worst culture, I got terrible experience. Don't prefer to join, In the interview itself I got bad experience here. I will try to move away from here soon.

Company gives you strong job security if you are really adding values to their development team. You might get lot of ownership if you think out of the box. Management is also good and easy to reach out. Company policies are not that much flexible. 3 months long notice period is what i don’t like.

Less pay as compare to market value.
