Bad example for an IT company. No care for employees and no professionalism. More focus on internal politics and daily fire fighting. Too much of micro management. People at management level doesn’t even care to respond to any messages from peers and lower hierarchy resources . Listens to only few voices inside the organisation. No proper structural hierarchy followed. No work life balance. Employees are nit even allowed to take break. Leaves/wfh are also not given even during emergencies. Unprofessional vocabulary used by department heads towards their reportee. No proper cafeteria.

My reporting Manager is gold so everything goes smooth here in workwise.

Company takes too much time to adapt to newer technologies. Office environment is closed type. I expected it to be somewhat alive.

For the freshers its an good start, got an good support from an team members.

senior employees are behaves like a school teacher some times and its only 10% below, in overeall solvers, not an major issue but need to improve the way of treating employes.
