I like how tightly knit all the employees in the firm are. The flexibility and freedom offered to us to take our own decisions is very encouraging. The small and fun events planned by the team are impressive.

The streamlining of processes and workflow needs to be improved a bit.

company provides hybrid mode Monday to wednesday come to office remaining WFH. coming to work we are using agile methodology and superiors are very supportive and helpful. learn new and latest technologies like Angular, Azure functions, CosmosDB, LINQ, etc. I like the work life balance here. strength of the organisation is supporting management of its employees. i haven't had an appraisal or performance review yet because i joined on august of this year.

Dislikes

i haven't faced any major challenges so far, may be the positive interactions i have had with my colleagues and superiors. have only single domain projects. if possible please take up new projects with different domains it may helpful to expand the organisation.
