True MNC with great work culture. Company policies are good and they give good salary and bonuses. The Mumbai office is amazing with open office concept.

Dislikes

India as a region is not a growth driver for the company as of now, hence there no big opportunities to grow.

Since my tenure was short as an intern, I really didn't have any issues working there. It was a pleasant experience and in fact I'd want to continue my association with it.

Competitive remuneration & Benefits package as per market standards, high importance to Safety at work place, co-operative colleagues, good work-life balance ( staying late for work is occasional), good work environment with little politics.

Dislikes

Focus on safety can sometimes be excessive and not really warranted in some situations which will lead to delays in work. Flat structure in organisation implies normal career growth ( fast growth is very difficult unless positions open up). Expectations in terms of generating data, presentation of work and exhibiting company values/ethics can be very high. Certain employees have more repetitive and monotonous tasks because of the nature of work.
