Unorganized management, return problem, no job security, hire& fire policy, most faltu company of india, should be closed, management directly create pressure for money investment in market from employees salary

Pay scale is good Platform to learn Potential is very high but unfortunately due some of the upper level employees it's getting difficult for executive level employees

Work life balance is terrible The upper level managers are not good. They won't support you until it's about them. You might have to work 12 or more hours. No team work. They don't value for lower level employees.

At any cost u will get u r salary by 7th this is only I like it . Nothing else either

In dislikes there is lot of stuff like U will not get any support by higher authority, every body ask for daily, weekly, monthly number, but u will have any problem like quality issue no one will respond.

Work culture is horrible, no proper working hours. Even at midnight they will make calls.Hr rules is worst if we are facing issue no proper response. Management is too worst. My sincere advice better to look for other job while joining in this company
