Solunus Technologies is very much employee centric. The Management here is quite supportive and caring. The CEO is always available and reachable for employees and responds immediately. Salaries and appraisals are always on time. Overall, Solunus is truly a Great Place to Work!

Career Growth and learning opportunities are two major aspects that I like about working at Solunus. Management is always supportive and invest in learning and development so that all employees are experts on latest technologies and also certified. Culture is very inclusive and we have regular team building activities. Even during COVID times Solunus ensured that employees are comfortably working from home.

It was very short employment period with Solunus. There was good opportunities.

Dislikes

It's start up company with no vision. They lost few clients and start building t pressure on employees to resign, tremendous pressure on that company, learning is there but they don't have any process and nobody is there to support colleagues. So my experience was not good with the Solunus Technologies.
