If you want to improve your skills and grow technically. This is not the company for you. It is like a government office with seniors eating on juniors hardwork with all manual task. They will not let you grow.

I still feel why i joined this pathetic company its been only 2 months and they are talking about terminations of employees , and layoffs from the project even though we are in training. There is no job security . Management is not at all capable of handling the client my manager his name is santosh he will shit in his pants when client tells something.

They just take 4-5 rounds including client round and ask for my documentation and I submit it. Before giving the Offer letter, they said position is on hold. They did the same thing with my friend way back. They are the fake company.
