If you asked me what I like most, I would say their growth. People working in this organization are connected to each other for work. I am a Trainer here and I would say Sol's Arc is giving such an excellent Platform for special needs to interact socially with people, work & earn like a normal human being. I feel proud to be a part of the organization.

I liked working with solsarc, it gave me full freedom and job satisfaction too. They regularly gave skill development opportunity which boosted my confidence.

Dislikes

I disliked nothing about Sols Arc, but had to leave for personal reason being my daughters Board Exam. I liked the teammates, the training, job security, also work environment. But travelling took a minimum 1 hour, to reach school and more than one hour backing home, which took a toll on work life balance.
