Work environment is good for the one who like field works.one has to work Night also for maintenance sometimes no overtime money is provided.no any other facilities.

Dislikes

There no increment of salary every year. No pay for Overtime, there is no appropriate place to sit for the employee.there is no bonus or any kind of allowance.

One thing which I like that, my boss appreciate my hard work and efforts. work life balance is average...lots of opportunity to learn new things. I don't used to travel for work..

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx).
