He spends his time misinterpreting good work culture and contributing to its decline. He would likely have a more successful career in politics rather than in the software industry.

Unstructured work, management don't have clarity on what work employee should assigned..you will not have work satisfaction. Hired for parent company and ask us to work for two different entities. Career growth is slow.
