Unstructured work, management don't have clarity on what work employee should assigned..you will not have work satisfaction. Hired for parent company and ask us to work for two different entities. Career growth is slow.

It was very good company.And work culture is very nice.Its very good company for someone who start their career because its a product based company.

Terrible management. CEO has favouritism for a team only. For him other teams does not exists at all. Promotes Telugu culture. Bugs Tickets are 20-30 daily. No one really care about fixing those.
