Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

1. Salary is given on time 2. Telephone reimbursement allowance is high

1. The work environment is average, all of the people working in Kolkata office actually hates the Program Manager of svetana project and are irritated by his hasty decision and lack of knowledge in the program. 2. There is no scope of growth and lots of politics in the company. useless people are holding the highest position 3. Ever since I am working here my work-life balance is over and I wish I could leave this organisation soon.

The traveling and accommodation facilities are well taken care of

Dislikes

Management is poor, especially for the contractual employees. Well most of the team is on contract. Another thing is that the learning opportunity is very limited, with some biased supervisors.
