Little hard-work can turn you into a lead in no time. Job security at it's finest, they'll not let you go unless you want to.

Appraisal is the first concern which never be provided to the level. Team is excellent except the lead. No travels can be expected, awards rewards fun parts are totally missing in this organisation which when improved can make this a best place to work and enjoy life as this company has a branch in Madurai. Best place to start the carrier but not good to continue in there more than 3 years without these standards. Carrier growth can be seen if one is interested in job and innovative.
