Best place to start your career, although company has been there for over a decade work and ethics feels like a startup. You can work on anything from design, frontend, backend and deployment. Little hard-work can turn you into a lead in no time. Job security at it's finest, they'll not let you go unless you want to.

...f you submit offer letter from another company (On manager's recommendation). Take home will be way less than other companies providing same package. Best if you are in and around Madurai.

Only 10rs from Cini Priya theater. Share auto driver is very friendly throughout the travel. While enquiring about him, he told he was the former business analyst in solartis company

... Hike is very low. Business Analyst role is very poorly managed in this company. No salary hike even after five years of experience.

Appraisal is the first concern which never be provided to the level. Team is excellent except the lead. No travels can be expected, awards rewards fun parts are totally missing in this organisation which when improved can make this a best place to work and enjoy life as this company has a branch in Madurai. Best place to start the carrier but not good to continue in there more than 3 years without these standards. Carrier growth can be seen if one is interested in job and innovative.
