Even at MW sites, no basic facilities like any vehicle, room, meal , PPEs, No job security. They only hope their work completion with minimum sources. Worst conditions are there. They recruit engineers but uses them as labour.

Dislikes

No HR dept ,no policies for employees, only rules for employees. No WMC, NO health policy, no esi/pf , not any other allowances like TA, DA, LA. employees are surviving not living at site.
