There is couple of mad people in the room, they are saying himself as MD. MD dont know how to talk with people, if a people working in his shop they treat them as slave. Just put ornament of shoes on his head

1) always deduct your salary even if you are working without any leaves. 2) seniors will treat you as their slave and servants 3)worst management 4)not give your own expenses like travel, accommodation expenses etc. 5)I haven't get my completion letter even today after writing them 10-12 times.

In solar91, you can't get the job satisfaction, there is only 2-3 people who is ruling the management and treated other employees as their servant, there are groupism in there company.

Dislikes

Working culture and the behaviour of the seniors who doesn't have knowledge about basic Engineering, one of my senior doesn't know the spelling of "condition", "owner" and doesn't have basic knowledge of English, 4-5th class students have better English than them.
