Politics … you will never grow up working in solar… old staff member MS. Roshni will never ever wish other staff member to grow… to much of work and less salary… no PF is compulsory.. if you want than only PF will be deducted or else it is not compulsion. No professionalism.. bhai chaare se kam nahi hota .. there should be some professionalism… director a very good over here…new generation is really make efforts but again old staff 🤮

Working staff is good , but there md of company is very dangerous for all, she don't know about actual work and she all time shouted to employ That's reason no one can work there, talented person do not work there ,it's humble request

Nothing as such. Saturday working, no respect for employees. Especially the young lady director to always prove wrong and inefficient.

Was really a bad time to think about. Hr rules,no holidays, all old ladies with no option to work other firm can survive

Got an opportunity to learn many new things like ERP. Sufficient trainings are given. Learn to work under pressure and challenges . Misfit persons always end up complaining and spread negativity. As for me , i learnt a lot. left the organisation with good will and have good memories. started at a lower level and because of exposure i got at Solar, i have been able to get a good break

nothing as much but a long way to go . The young directors are very aggressive and putting new things in place for employees
