Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Earlier this company was good. But as slowly the management is taking over by indians, the culture, stability, security all are becoming bad. Moreover if you are an engineer, please do not join this company. As you will be killing your skills.

The company is good and i am a part of team. My colleague comes from various nationality and we worked happily.

Dislikes

Work pressure was high and worked upto 18 hours a day. I received appreciated mails from Client. My main aim is to satisfy my client.
