Very unprofessional management.no work ethics, in the name of seniority they make you feel inferior, work politics is worst .. they harasses ypu to extreme. The incharges know nothing and juat want other to do their work and hnji hanji.

Dislikes

Salary in so disappointing. Senior ,HR ,inchargea everyone is same.. doing nothing. Just doing politics. Its mentally harassing work culture.

They have very talented and humble doctors good staff and provide free accommodation to staff and very great in surgeries..

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics in staff and not secure for job... Salary increment is not so gud.

It is the place where I got lead for my future. All the doctors are well qualified specially consultants...they are very friendly. This place gave me lot of blocks I can't explain in words .best wishes for SGHS Hospital 🏥

overall Working with SGHS is nice. Glad to have a boss like Dr Vanita Gupta and the management of the hospital is very kind and supportive.

There is nothing like dislike about working at SGHS, bit yeah sure there is one thing the can improve on is cafeteria. Cafeteria is the place where we can chill or have some fun.

I started here as a fresher, so good place to gain basic knowledge whether it is job related or other things also. Work standard is not so good but okay.

Dislikes

Salary or appraisal should be done routinely to maintain employee's confindence as well as their carrer growth also but unfortunately there is nothing like that.Politics should never be part of any organization.Teammates should focus only on their work not on personal life in any kind.Most importantly Rules and policies that are made for workers should came into effect in real not just in words or pages.
