Very bad. The top management thinks that all employee are at same level no importance given to your knowledge or degree. Treat you like labourers. No job security specially in corona times, relived many employees. Use abusive language in talking whether male or female employee. Not recommending to join at all. Worst experience.

company is facing inter conflict, Top Management not understand whos right whos wrong. and end of day those have grouping. they won...overall working situation is worsen
