The only thing I liked about sohamsaa is team mates. When I talk about team mates, it is about the one of same designation.

Management is worst. Nothing that keeps me or us motivated. No on-time salary. No Hike. Software team manager is managing team with absolute 0 technical skills. No time to time training about new things in market.

no salary on time,and not complete salary not even once or twice it has been from a year dey dont pay full salary,very bad politics ,no proper restroom,very dirty work environment,no career growth,no appraisal ,no training.

Only thing that we liked here is our colleagues who were ready to work day n night to achieve things.

Dislikes

Unfortunately management didnt know how to manage the resources and their colleagues. Person who doesn't know anything technically is involving which ruined every project they made.
