All over is very bad calture for the responsible one employee Mr. Vinod Pathak he is not litret but company offering that person production manager and he is destroyed all area and company values.

It is a very good company if you want to learn. There is not abusive culture, you will get enough time to complete your task. Leave you will get easily

Sandwich system in leave They will promise you but you very least chances to get good increment, what I saw is 10% max, that's also less chance.
