Currently working as Motion Graphic Artist with Naturyz (Sofy Healthcare Pvt Ltd). I see good work life balance and good compensation as Pros. I like the team structure here also.

I didn't like anything about the company you will loose you will loose your skills, confidence here, You will get only 4-5 hrs meeting and CEO be like "TUMHE KUCH NAHI AATA" you will do the work which will be not your profile, terrible exp terrible company.

List are to long but i'll cut to short, CEO is surrounded by the Some people who accordingly to their benefit things say to him & he be like don't consult with the concerning person directly he will pass the order, Koi manager kuch nahi hai sab manager b ane ghum rahe hai, aap thodi der bat sath ke employe se bat karoge koi ap ki pic click krke ceo ko bhj dega ya aap kuch kha rahe honge to HR dkh ke bologi Pakad liya pakad liya, genrally companies initiative leti hai party tours ki employee aapas mai milke rahe kaam kare yaha per ladaya jata hai aapas mai, even they will put your nose in personal life as well like after office whether you are not romaing with any colleagues or doing any party or anything.

The company structure is one of the thing that I like the most. Proper hierarchy is followed in company. Job security is one of the best thing. Flexible timings are also there depending on your role. Leave policy is best. HR never reject leaves.

Currently I don't see much likes but they can improvise incentive criteria.

worked with company for a long run and in my view the value system management have is the best thing about the company. Management is result oriented and culture is maintained around the same only by HR person and CEO of the company. They reward the deserving on the basis of achievements and provide learning to others to make leaders.

I don't see any dislikes if you are sincere working person you will like the environment.

Nothing.....CEO is everything....No managers in between..... Everyone is a manager here essentially....Work Environment is toxic....If you have offer think twice and decide...every morning you have to share a work planner and evening you have to update kitna hua hai kitna nahin....Aur additionally in the end does this work essentially that you do is it helps in increasing profit for company.... essentially kitna paisa company mein a Raha hai...

Same as Pros....Cons and pros are essentially same.... Company is a circus 🎪...ringmaster is CEO and HR is the tool to make employees dance on tunes
