worked with company for a long run and in my view the value system management have is the best thing about the company. Management is result oriented and culture is maintained around the same only by HR person and CEO of the company. They reward the deserving on the basis of achievements and provide learning to others to make leaders.

Best thing is job security and helping support from management such as CEO, HR. Nobody's gonna ask you why you taking leave. Very flexible on that front. But you should always be clear to deliver results.

Everything is going well in the old HR time, but a new HR has come in the office, since then only favoritism, salary deduct and going behind other's system to see who is doing what, keeps listening to who is talking about whom.
