...anagement, 1 thing I understood that SoftwareOne is not at all employee-centric. I would not recommend any employee to go to the management or even HR for any grievances other than any salary discrepancy. Why you ask? It's simply because the management is determined to hear the employee but will only listen to the team leader. They don't even try to be discreet about the bias, that's how unaccountable they are. Recently I learned from a colleague that a certain Senior Team Leader with the initials BS (see the irony) gathered data on female employees who had taken maternity leave in the last couple of years and were also working remotely. Allegedly, she terminated their employment, under the guise of "performance-related issues". What a waste of Designation and authority.

2. No regular outing or party due to cost cutting
3. Promotions are very less due to less hierarchy
4. Yearly increments for new joiners are very less
If you work well, ample opportunities are provided to learn and grow.

...e tenured people have left and the ones remaining are desperately looking out.
The compensation is not good, appraisal numbers are never good.
A Career Development plan is made for each individual but it hardly matters what role you want to take on, what matters more is what the business requires you to do.
Whatever monetary rewards the company used to offer are gone with no replacement and the company's goals are never met so you never really get a portion of your variable salary ever.
Also, Employee Satisfaction is our core value but we never try to make employees feel valued, they never try to retain anyone or even offer anything remotely close, teams are always understaffed and the employees are always under extreme pressure.
Leadership needs to understand that it's gonna cost them much higher to let their star performers leave in long term, the company doesn't run on all freshers.
Lastly, some leaders are very rude, they don't know how to talk nicely and get their work done, instead they'll yell on calls non-stop for hours at times.
There is not so much to talk about SoftwareONE. Nothing to like work their.

...y to the work otherwise management will fire you.
Thers is no chilling activity. Company policies for outside is very good to portray the image but inside they make such policies to cut your variable salary. They only figuring out to make the simple work more difficult, time consuming and slow. They give low appraisal after heavy workload. They kept huge chunk of your salary in variable. For that they are constantly working not to disburse you.

Literally speaking the colleagues were friendly and collaborative in nature.
Work from home in COVID pandemic.
No salary cut in Covid pandemic.
No firings in covid pandemic but on opposite they have hired more resources.
...lse assurance that you will be absorbed based on your performance within a year. But, that's it, no benefits, very less leaves, more work and less package and no company sponsored personal or skill development plan and even you will be left out from many benefits which company's onroll employees will be provided. The only good thing out of these all is, you will get to learn more by doing a lot of work.
The approval and decision making process takes forever and it's slow.
