With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. It is now acquired by Cognizant, good working environment, career growth is limited due to seniors are holding management positions, good onsite opportunities for technical folks

Dislikes

Mainly centred around a specific group which takes all decisions and takes the shot, employee engagement is limited only to address operation and delivery issues.
