Don't join this they care more about quantity of calls and target given by them There is no respect of your hardwork and quality of candidates you are getting for them. They will fire you, if you did a little mistake dispite of your position or achievements or topline

managers don't appreciate your effort , just want results all time when you share reason why your submission is less they don't believe and your effort if you are not getting offers with in 3 months they will take unnecessary meetings HR will poke every week by asking update sometimes you have to do overtime and sometime you have to come office in saturday as well their experience letter looks like a warning letter. bad management employee retention is poor
