its a consultant firm which provides manpower to the different other company, so they didn't provide you any benefits like no ppf, no health insurance, no gratuity, no maternity leave, no annual bonus nothing . if you are going to out station sent by company they will never provide you any support for booking tickets or accommodation you have to manage by your own.
