As it is a product based, you really feel the product while developing the feature for it. You own the feature, not like in other product company you just develop the feature. Here you start from gathering the requirement for the feature to present the feature to the end user. End to end your inputs will be respected. Career growth is also good. While you work on the product you will learn more and more technologies and how to use the known one.
