Work life balance is fairly good. Most of the people are good and ready to help.Good coverage for covid and insurance policies.

Dislikes

...employee is loyal, keep them underpaid and non promoted for as long as possible. Salary hike is very low in single digits mostly., some times with a few exceptions.

...n SoftwareAG from past ~3 years. I had best ever experience with SoftwareAG w.r.t to learning especially new technologies, lots of onsite opportunities (short terms), compensation. However, it depends from individuals to individuals but for me it has been a fantastic experience so far. :)

I have not experienced so far which I disliked.

At Software AG, you feel like free in terms of work we do. Salary is Good compared to other companies. Work-life balance is also good. As it is a product based, you really feel the product while developing the feature for it. You own the feature, not like in other product company you just develop the feature. Here you start from gathering the requirement for the feature to present the feature to the end user. End to end your inputs will be respected. Career growth is also good. While you work on the product you will learn more and more technologies and how to use the known one.

Dislikes

None so far. One thing is that there is not travel in this company.
