Worst company of my life. Unless and untill you get great package. Please dont join.

No work life balance, only 4-5% increment, no proper working hours. The whole team works for almost 12-14 hours on daily basis. No development of new skill

Softura has .NET, SQL opportunity, but does not have bench policy ! On boarding team is good, but the top management beware ! Suitable for SE, SSE, but SA,TL keep away !

...t they googled to review.. On join KT will be a hard thing, but haveto start.. Low pay-scale comparative to market (more negotiation) Last but not least ! less projects ! and no bench !!

This the worst company ever I worked . Nothing good to tell . Friends, Pls don’t ever join this company and spoil your career , even if they offer good salary packages. Job security is ZERO . They treat you like a slave.

...Y IS ZERO . without any notice they will send you out without any compensation. They hold the last 3 months salary and HR TEAM WILL NOT EVEN RESPOND TO CALLS . they don’t see any facts and just play with company internal politics. I request any one please don’t ever spoil your career by joining this worst company.

Very very bad experience with all non sense delivery manager here... Each and every services has problems, which all they will assign to me... but after fixing it.. I need to explain that to team and document them .. they only learn.. learn...

Nothing other than salary... Very company... no nothing at all... Weekly 5days but need to work on saturday and sunday also.. please check this company..

You can learn corporate politics from day 1. You will get obesity and other health issues as first year appraisal reward if you work with Softura.

Work life balance is terrible. If you are an SSE or Tech lead you should work at least 18 hours a day to meet their expectations. Even you are sick and going to hospital you should carry your laptop. You should forget your weekend plans and personal life. They will treat you like slave. Indian Top level management doesn't have any technical knowledge so they won't hear/ understand what technical difficulties we are facing with US team. HR team is like Nattamai movie mixture guy no one knows what action to be taken for employee concerns. If you escalate multiple times to them about your work life balance, managers and project related concerns they will come up with fun Friday activities and post those pics to social platforms. Small advise to everyone who thinking to join Softura is " Thambi venam poyiruuu" n " Usuru mukkiyam Bigilu".
