...wise only people who are in the good books of managers will stay in the company. Policies are horrible, gratuity and medical benefits are paid from the salary which is terrible. Hikes are pathetic. Any day they may say that you can resign.

Softtek has fantastic work culture and along with pleasant work environment. Work life balance is maintained. Softtek do a lot of activity for employees' growth - like learning new skills, trainings. Sponsored certification. Being a female employee, for getting flexibility in work timings Cab facility is a bless in Bangalore Traffic Creche facility is within office premises where we can go and keep a check whenever needed. People in Creche - Teachers and care takers take care each child with proper food, play activity and learning activity. I am grateful to be associated with Sofftek

The Environment good , work pressure is non, encouraging talents fun Friday's, food provided, encouraging in sports is beyond just we need good manager and good team to work happy

There is some local politics, caste feelings, the local members are controling office internal and external stuffs

Likes are company has very good work culture there's no micromanagement and also employees treats well everyone nicely and management is also very good

Dislikes are there's very less growth opportunity and it's completely based on the domain you get into and also there isn't flexible shift which will be problem for many.
