...wise only people who are in the good books of managers will stay in the company. Policies are horrible, gratuity and medical benefits are paid from the salary which is terrible. Hikes are pathetic. Any day they may say that you can resign.

Softtek has fantastic work culture and along with pleasant work environment. Work life balance is maintained. Softtek do a lot of activity for employees' growth - like learning new skills, trainings. Being a female employee, for getting flexibility in work timings Cab facility is a bless in Bangalore Traffic Creche facility is within office premises where we can go and keep a check whenever needed. Likes are company has very good work culture there's no micromanagement and also employees treats well everyone nicely and management is also very good
