I can say about Softpath Technologies LLC. It is just Ok.. I can't it is good or better. But till to just to gain experience it is OK.. but for career, benefits, work satisfaction, etc, etc... you need something better than Softpath Technologies LLC..

Compensation is okay, but growth can't say. No on-job training for freshers... etc etc...

If you don't want your career to be saturated at one stage yes you are very much in to a right place(SoftPath Technologies LLC), Its been a fantastic journey with the team in SoftPath, The head quarters is located in Michigan. Well organized training's if you are coming as a fresher there are lot areas where you can easily be dumped in and show/prove your talent. People are highly talented/friendly, especially the managers. Projects we have here are international wide. SoftPath has handle clients from Vietnam,Qatar,India,US. Their organization is a well trusted one and people can join in to the company with out any second choice. Good place to learn new technologies. If you have already worked on any IBM tools you are again at right place since SoftPath is the Premium Partner of IBM. This is a very little which I have exposed there is lot more which you can witness once you join the organization.

I like the way of working in the softpath, the environment is totally different from our thinkings.Softpath is a treasury point for the freshers where the technical valuables things are delivered.here the people can learn and earn the knowledge and friendly relationship throughout the softpath.
