C level management is talented. Had a great vision and ideas.

Instead of employee -Director of operations act as dictator. She doesn't know or have any knowledge in anything just arrogance and arguments. She projected to management about all people in negative way , So many trusted and loyal people left the company. If we try to explain or try to share our expertise, she terminate people on spot without notice.

In my six years here it sums up to simple things. Be focused, get your basics right, make process maps for clarity, win your team’s confidence, always play front foot and demonstrate a culture of go- getter attitude and achieve excellence. If this is not your agenda, this is not the place for you. We value efforts more than results which is the upside. We invest a lot of time and training into you and make sure we do all we can to have you deliver. But we also do expect that you deliver after a decent time frame given to achieve goals. I think that’s reasonable expectation.

People who do not show loyalty, integrity, maturity and honesty. We need to make tougher decisions at times to create an example of acceptable behaviour and professionalism. By and large the company is clear on giving opportunities and sessions of constructive learnings to empower, but it is the mindset of employees that needs to change. We will soon get there.

The CEO of the company MR Ravi is the best man I ever met and spoke to as the take interest in knowing each and every aspect of the members of the SoftPath Family very ambitious Man , the only problem is the management not being transparent to the CEO about the the employees and their problems which lead to a miscommunication and make it look like the company is not employe-centric .

There is no proper interview partially trainers out of box questions I just wasted 3 months and I just suffered a lot
