...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

No learning and poor growth opportunities. Poor job security. Poor measurement policies to evaluate performance of individuals like Friendship and buttering. Rest you can understand.

Worst company ever in my entire career. Just make fool the employees on the pretext of appraisal and job security. When the company owner wants to fire the employee they do it immediately and only one VP is doing all the things and his name is Yasir.

SOFTNICE is not much focusing on work their are lots of things they perform but work nah. Specially if you are in Nidhin's team you are free to do anything because manager is useless and he also do timepass whole time. But if you are in others team then their are chances to learn something new and develop your skill. SOFTNICE is also liberal with many aspects Ike login time, break time, focus hours, etc. Inshort if you wanna enjoy your work life you can join SOFTNICE other wise to develop and learn something you have select other companies.
