Dislikes

Office politics, silent layoff in excuse of performance improvement because there are no enough projects. Bias ness, poor management, cant complain of any issue you are facing. HR has no power. Sheer retaliation if you complain. Please dont join this company.

I really liked nothing about the company and its environment. If you need some support you will have to beg continously for it and managers dont even bother to provide any support

Its everything from managers fto decision takers completly terrible. Managers have so ego if you as anything from them they start the conversation with rough language. Other supportive team dont even bother if you are suffering because of them. Decision taker dont even visit the offices they blindly follow what managers have fed them with.

As a intern/fresher the training provided by them is not upto the mark ... They expect alot from in internship without providing proper training... They didn't give any specific deadline for task but while evaluating they will say u haven't completed the task before deadline .... Overall work culture is friendly and there is no proper working hrs it's on you at what time you want to come and at what time you want to left ...

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile.
