Before joining Noventiq (Formaly Know as Softline) check the rules related to bonus component carefully. Even if u worked for complete FY i.e.March end then also u need to present on payroll till July end at the time of bonus payout. If u left before July then bonus will be deducted. Other organizations paying bonus without any query but MNC's have problem with Indian govt rules.

That is limited to MWP support. Outside its a wonderful company, lots of learning, grow, will respect your learning and give you packages accordingly.

In this company there is politics going on and your job security is not promising,you can fired anytime due to the poor management policy. Here Manager is most wrost and not supportive with their employees. It's a very rediculous company and environment is not like a MNC companies. There is no job security.

Dislikes

Management is not supportive and very disrespectful for their employees. More is that no job security.You can fired anytime without any notice period and without any intimation.Its all about management politics. There is no skill support environment,if you are good any one skill then they are not count that skill they required all rounder with less worth. There is no any kind of skill learning program for their employees and after selection in this Softline there is no guarantee for your job.

Softline is the best organization to start a career in Cloud IT services as a fresher. Sofline gives wide opportunities for learning and working on different technologies and fields. The peers, managers and the whole team is very helpful and supportive.

The best thing we get here is to work with multiple clients at the same time and can learn many things. Job is very secure and the higher management is very friendly.

Dislikes

There is nothing specific but yes what I have seen is there is more preference is given to the one who does buttering to the higher management where in these people gets the highest hike. Hike is been provided based on the manager will and wish and there won't happen any apprecal discussion.
